Interaction form?

How to design interaction considering people’s trust, suspiciousness, anxiety, nervousness, addiction etc? I.e. how may one consider these kinds of aspects when designing computational products for everyday use? Is the concept of interaction form an answer? Or fragile or magical design examples? What parts are and should design experiments (for exhibitions), methods (within education) and theory written on paper (for research conferences etc) play in this kind of research?
